Sourced from Indonesia's
Finest Highlands

Each origin within our coffee portfolio brings a distinct cup character shaped by altitude, volcanic soil, and processing traditions that have been refined over generations.

01
Mandheling / Gayo
North Sumatra · Aceh

The legendary Mandheling and Gayo coffees of Sumatra are defined by the wet-hulling process, producing a distinctively heavy body, low acidity, and earthy, herbal, and dark chocolate notes with a long finish.

1,200 – 1,500 m
02
Preanger / Java Estate
West Java

Java Estate coffees come from century-old government plantations on the island's volcanic mountains. Wet-processed for clarity, they offer clean, crisp acidity with spice and nutty undertones — the foundation of classic "Mocha-Java" blends.

900 – 1,400 m
03
Bajawa / Ngada
Flores · East Nusa Tenggara

Flores coffees from the Bajawa highlands are a rising star in specialty circles. The volcanic basalt soils, cool nights, and washed processing yield bright citrus acidity, stone fruit sweetness, and floral aroma at high cupping scores.

1,000 – 1,800 m
04
Toraja / Kalosi
South Sulawesi

Toraja coffees carry the same wet-hulled character as Sumatra but with a lighter body and more pronounced fruit notes. Rich chocolate and dark berry flavours with good complexity — highly sought by specialty roasters in Japan and Europe.

1,100 – 1,800 m
05
Lampung
South Sumatra · Robusta

Lampung is Indonesia's premier Robusta producing region — accounting for a large share of global Robusta supply. Strong, full-bodied, and earthy, with high caffeine content and neutral flavour. Widely used in Italian espresso blends and instant coffee.

400 – 900 m
06
Wamena
Papua Highlands

Among the most exotic and rare Indonesian origins. Wamena Arabica is grown organically by indigenous highland communities in the Baliem Valley. Clean, sweet, and mild — with delicate florals and a smooth, balanced acidity. Limited seasonal availability.

1,600 – 2,000 m

How We Source & Export

A transparent, traceable process that ensures every shipment meets international specialty and commercial grade standards.

01
Farm Partnership

We work directly with certified smallholder cooperatives and estate farms across six growing regions — with full GPS-tagged farm data available for each lot.

02
Cupping & Selection

Every lot is cup-tested by our Q-graders on-site. Only beans scoring 80+ SCA points on Arabica (or meeting agreed commercial specs for Robusta) are approved for export.

03
Processing & Grading

Beans are wet-hulled, washed, or naturally processed per origin protocol, then machine-sorted, hand-sorted, and graded to SNI and export standards at our facility.

04
Documentation & Shipment

Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, cupping report, COA, and pesticide residue analysis are prepared before every consignment. FCL and LCL options available.

Frequently Asked
Questions

What documents do you provide with each shipment?
Every export shipment includes: Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by BARANTAN), Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis (moisture, screen size, defect count), a Cupping Report from our certified Q-grader, and Pesticide Residue Analysis. Additional documents such as MSDS or Organic certificates are available upon request for qualifying lots.
Can you supply specific single-origins or blends?
Yes. We can source specific single-origin lots (e.g., Gayo Arabica Grade 1 only, or Bajawa washed) or create custom blends to a target cup profile and price point. For blend development, we recommend requesting a sample assortment first, which we can arrange before a commercial order is placed.
How should green coffee beans be stored?
Green beans should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse at 15–20°C and 50–60% relative humidity. Keep them in the original GrainPro or jute bags, away from direct sunlight, strong odours, and moisture. Under proper conditions, green beans maintain quality for 12–18 months depending on the variety.
What are your minimum order quantities?
For Arabica (green bean), the minimum order is 100 kg. For Robusta, the minimum is 500 kg. Roasted whole bean orders start from 50 kg per SKU, and OEM ground coffee requires a minimum of 200 kg. For full container loads (FCL), we can consolidate multiple SKUs. Sample lots of 1–5 kg are available for qualified buyers.
Are your beans organic certified?
Select lots from Wamena (Papua) and certain Gayo cooperative farms carry organic certification. However, not all of our supply is certified organic — please specify at inquiry stage if organic certification is a requirement. We can identify and allocate certified organic lots that meet your volume needs.
Can you provide full origin traceability?
Yes. For specialty and direct-trade orders, we provide GPS-linked farm records, farmer profiles, harvest date, processing station details, and lot-specific cupping reports. This information can be used to support your marketing and transparency commitments. Farm-level traceability is available for Arabica lots; Robusta is typically traceable to cooperative level.
