Is this honey pasteurized?
No. Our forest honey is raw and unfiltered. We do not use high-heat pasteurization, ensuring that the natural enzymes, pollen, and nutritional benefits remain intact.
What is Apis dorsata honey?
Apis dorsata is a wild, giant honeybee native to Southeast Asia. They cannot be domesticated in hives. Their honey is collected from wild combs in high forest canopies, resulting in a more complex, multi-floral flavor profile than farm honey.
How do you manage moisture content?
Wild honey naturally has higher moisture than farm honey. We use low-temperature dehydration (vacuum drying) only when necessary to meet buyer specifications (typically <20%) without compromising enzymatic activity.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 100 kg. For OEM and private label projects, the minimum is 500 kg to accommodate custom packaging and labeling.
