Yes. Porang (Amorphophallus muelleri) is the Indonesian variety of the konjac plant. It is highly valued for its high glucomannan content and low viscosity compared to other varieties.
What is the glucomannan content?
Our export-grade porang flour typically contains 70% to 90% glucomannan. We provide a full Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every shipment to verify these levels.
How do you ensure drying quality?
We use controlled mechanical drying (oven drying) for our chips to maintain a consistent moisture level of <12% and prevent mold growth, which is common in sun-dried products.
