What is your grading standard?
We use international ABCD grading for cloves and nutmeg. Pepper is graded by density (g/l) and size. Detailed grade sheets are provided with every quote.
How do you ensure moisture control?
Spices are kiln-dried or sun-dried to specific moisture thresholds (typically <12%). We use moisture-barrier bulk packaging to maintain these levels during sea transit.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 kg per SKU. For LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, we can combine different spices to meet the minimum volume.
Can you provide organic-certified spices?
Select farm cooperatives in our network are organic-certified. Availability varies by season—please specify your organic requirement in your inquiry.
