Sourced from Indonesia's
Tropical Lowlands

Moringa thrives in the tropical climate of Indonesia's outer islands, where year-round warmth, consistent rainfall, and mineral-rich soil produce leaves with consistently high nutrient density.

01
Malang & Kediri
East Java

Java's primary moringa production belt. Smallholder cooperatives in the lowland areas south of Malang supply the majority of our leaf stock — benefiting from reliable irrigation, fertile volcanic soil, and proximity to processing facilities.

02
Kupang & Timor
East Nusa Tenggara (NTT)

NTT's semi-arid climate is ideal for moringa — the tree's natural habitat. Long dry seasons concentrate nutrients in the leaves, producing powder with higher protein content and more vibrant green colour than wetter growing regions.

03
Bogor & Sukabumi
West Java

The highland fringes of Bogor provide ideal conditions for organic moringa cultivation. These farms operate under IMO and USDA NOP organic certification, supplying our certified organic product line for health food and cosmetic manufacturers.

How We Source & Process

A carefully controlled process that preserves bioactive compounds while meeting international food safety and quality standards.

01
Leaf Harvest

Young leaves are hand-harvested in the early morning to maximise chlorophyll and nutrient content. Only leaves from trees aged 6–24 months are selected — peak nutritional output stage.

02
Shade Drying

Leaves are spread on raised drying racks under shade at temperatures below 40°C for 3–5 days. This low-temperature method preserves heat-sensitive vitamins (C, B-complex) and antioxidants lost in direct sun or oven drying.

03
Milling & Sieving

Dried leaves are cold-milled to the specified mesh size (standard 80–100 mesh; fine grade 200 mesh), sieved for uniformity, and tested for moisture, colour, and particle distribution before batch approval.

04
Lab Testing & Export

Every batch undergoes full COA testing at ISO 17025-accredited laboratories — protein, moisture, heavy metals, pesticide residues, microbial count, and colour. Phytosanitary certificate issued before dispatch.

Frequently Asked
Questions

What documents do you provide with each shipment?
Every export shipment includes: Phytosanitary Certificate (BARANTAN), Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis (protein, moisture, heavy metals, microbial), and Pesticide Residue Analysis. Organic certificates (IMO / USDA NOP) and Halal certificates are available for qualifying lots upon request.
Is your moringa powder certified organic?
Yes, for our West Java (Bogor) supply line. These farms are certified under IMO and USDA NOP organic standards. Standard and organic grades are kept strictly separate throughout processing and packaging. Please specify at enquiry stage if organic certification is a requirement.
What mesh sizes are available?
Standard grade is milled to 80–100 mesh, suitable for smoothies, capsule filling, and food fortification. Fine grade (200 mesh) is available for cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications requiring a very smooth texture. Custom mesh sizes can be arranged for orders of 200 kg and above.
Can you supply moringa in capsule-ready or retail form?
Yes. Under our OEM / private label programme, we can supply moringa powder pre-filled in vegetarian capsules, sachets, or branded retail pouches. Minimum order for capsule production is 50,000 units. We can also blend moringa with other superfoods (spirulina, turmeric, ginger) to a client's specification.
What are the minimum order quantities?
Standard grade powder: 50 kg. Fine / cosmetic grade: 25 kg. OEM / private label: 100 kg per SKU. Sample lots of 500g to 2 kg are available for qualified buyers prior to commercial order placement.
How should moringa powder be stored in transit and at destination?
Moringa powder is hygroscopic and sensitive to light and heat. Store below 25°C at relative humidity under 60% in a sealed container away from direct sunlight. During sea freight, we recommend climate-controlled containers for large volumes. Shelf life is 24 months from production date under proper conditions.
