Seven Tropical Fruits,
One Reliable Source

Each variety is grown in its ideal micro-climate across the Indonesian archipelago, harvested at peak ripeness, and processed locally to guarantee freshness and flavour integrity from farm to port.

01
Young Jackfruit Chips
Java · West Java · Yogyakarta

Indonesia's native giant fruit, vacuum-fried at peak ripeness. Subtly sweet with a satisfying fibrous bite. The most in-demand variety for health snack importers in Europe and the Middle East.

02
Cavendish Banana Chips
Sulawesi · Lampung · East Java

Thin-sliced from ripe Cavendish bananas. Available salted, unsalted, or lightly sweetened with coconut sugar. The foundational SKU for most mixed tropical snack portfolios.

03
Pineapple Chips
Lampung · South Sulawesi · West Java

Air-dried for maximum Vitamin C and bromelain retention. Bright golden colour with a tangy tropical flavour. No added sugar. Strong appeal in organic and functional snack categories.

04
Coconut Chips
North Sulawesi · Maluku · Riau Islands

Wide-shaved flakes from mature Dalam coconuts, available raw or lightly toasted with an optional coconut sugar or sea salt glaze. High in MCTs and dietary fibre. A fast-growing SKU in keto, paleo, and clean-label snack markets globally.

05
Harum Manis Mango Chips
East Java · East Nusa Tenggara

Made from the aromatic Harum Manis variety, renowned for its deep sweetness and fragrance. Vacuum-fried to a light golden chip. Premium positioning in the gift and gourmet snack market.

06
Salak (Snake Fruit) Chips
Bali · Yogyakarta · Tapanuli

A uniquely Indonesian delicacy. Salak's tannic, honey-like flavour concentrates beautifully when air-dried. A high-value niche product for specialty importers seeking differentiation.

07
Custom Mixed Blends
Fully Configurable · OEM Ready

Design your own blend from any combination of the above varieties. We handle blending, seasoning, retail packaging, and nutritional labelling. Minimum 500 kg per custom SKU.

How We Deliver
Consistent Quality

Every batch of fruit chips passes through the same five-stage quality chain -- from harvest scheduling to pre-shipment inspection. No shortcuts, no blind sourcing.

01
Harvest Scheduling

Partner farms are visited 2 weeks pre-harvest. Ripeness, pest-free status, and field hygiene are assessed before commitment.

02
Same-Day Processing

Fruit is transported to processing facility within 6 hours of harvest. Slicing, washing, and frying or drying begins immediately to preserve quality.

03
QC & Lab Testing

Every batch is tested for moisture, oil content, microbial load, heavy metals, and pesticide residue at ISO 17025-accredited laboratories.

04
Packing & Labelling

Packed into foil-lined bags with nitrogen flushing. Custom retail packaging and private label printing completed at this stage.

05
Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final inspection by our export team. Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of analysis, and all compliance documents prepared before container loading.

Buyer FAQ

Answers to the questions importers ask most when sourcing fruit chips from Indonesia for the first time.

What is the difference between vacuum-fried and air-dried chips?
Vacuum-fried chips are cooked at low temperature (100–120°C) under vacuum pressure, resulting in a crispy texture with relatively low oil absorption. Air-dried chips use no oil at all -- fruit is dehydrated at 50–60°C, making them ideal for clean-label and organic positioning. Air-dried chips have a chewier texture and higher nutrient retention.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 100 kg per variety for bulk orders. For OEM / private label and custom mixed blends, the minimum is 500 kg per SKU. We can accommodate trial orders at 50 kg for qualified buyers -- request this when submitting your quote.
Can I request custom flavours or seasoning?
Yes. Common seasoning additions include sea salt, coconut sugar glaze, chilli, cinnamon, and lime. We can also develop custom flavour profiles for private label buyers. Flavour development is included in the OEM package at MOQ 500 kg per variant. All flavourings use natural ingredients only unless otherwise specified.
Do you offer halal or organic certification?
Halal certification (MUI) is available on request for all varieties. Organic certification (IMO / USDA NOP) is available for pineapple and air-dried banana. Other varieties can be sourced from certified organic farms with 4–6 weeks additional lead time. Certification documents are provided prior to shipment.
What compliance documentation is provided?
Every shipment includes a Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis (ISO 17025), Heavy Metal Test Report, and Pesticide Residue Analysis. Nutritional declarations, allergen statements, and country-of-origin labelling can be provided for EU, US, or Middle East market requirements on request.
How long is the lead time from order to shipment?
Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation for in-season varieties. OEM and custom blend orders allow 4–6 weeks for product development, testing, and packaging. We will confirm exact availability and lead time within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry.
