Sourced from smallholder farms across East Java and East Nusa Tenggara, our cashews are processed at HACCP-certified facilities to international grade standards. Available as raw kernels, dry-roasted, salted, or flavoured -- with full traceability from orchard to export container.
All grades are processed at HACCP-certified facilities and tested per AFMPC / CODEX Alimentarius standards. Full certificate of analysis and aflatoxin test report provided per consignment.
We supply raw kernels for direct-to-retail, processed and seasoned kernels for branded snack brands, and ingredient-grade splits and pieces for food manufacturers and bakeries.
Indonesian cashews are traded under the AFMPC grading system. We stock the six most commercially active grades year-round and can source the full range on a contract basis.
The prestige grade. Maximum kernel size commands a significant premium. Suited to luxury gifting, premium retail packs, and upscale food service. Limited seasonal availability -- advise your volume early.
Strong retail positioning with consistent supply. The preferred grade for branded health snack products and gourmet nut mixes entering the EU, US, and Middle East markets.
The global benchmark grade -- highest volume, most competitive pricing, widest buyer base. Available year-round in quantity. The default recommendation for first-time importers.
Ideal for bakery applications, trail mixes, and ingredient blends where kernel size is less critical than cost. Full compliance documentation identical to premium grades.
Kernels split naturally during processing. Full flavour, same nutritional profile as whole. Widely used in confectionery, granola bars, and trail mix at significantly lower cost per kilo.
Pre-broken kernels for food manufacturing. Consistent piece size per grade. Used in nut butters, pralines, toppings, and ice cream inclusions. MOQ 500 kg, fastest lead time in the range.
Cashew quality is determined at five points between harvest and loading. We own the process at every stage -- no blind sourcing, no third-party aggregation without audit.
Partner orchards are audited annually for pesticide usage, soil health, and harvest practice. Only audited farms supply into our export chain.
Raw nuts are mechanically shelled and electronically graded at our HACCP-certified partner facility. Rejects are removed at machine level before human inspection.
Every lot is tested for aflatoxin (≤10 ppb), heavy metals, pesticide residue, and moisture at ISO 17025-accredited laboratories before packing approval.
Approved kernels are vacuum-sealed in 25 kg food-grade tins or nitrogen-flushed foil bags. Roasted variants are packed within 2 hours of processing.
Final documentation package assembled: phytosanitary certificate, COA, aflatoxin report, certificate of origin, and packing list. Container loaded under team supervision.
